X Alliance는 2021년 舊 태진인터내셔널의 소수 정예 경영지원본부 인력들을 중심으로인적분할하여 설립되었습니다. 관계사·계열사뿐 아니라 외부 파트너사 및 직·간접 피투자기업들과 함께 시너지와 가치를 창출하는 생태계를 만들어가는 ‘투자형 지주 서비스 회사’를 지향합니다.

X Alliance was established in 2021 through a spin-off of a select group of elite professionals from the former Taejin International’s Corporate Support Division.
We position ourselves as an “investment-oriented holding services company,” aiming to create a synergistic and value-generating ecosystem not only with our affiliates and subsidiaries, but also with external partners and directly or indirectly invested companies.

Our ecosystem is built on close collaboration with a diverse network of partners, including 2nd-party affiliates engaged in retail, cultural content, and financial investment businesses, as well as specialized firms across various sectors. 경영지원 서비스로서 관계사 및 계열사와 제3자 파트너 법인 등 개별 법인 입장에서 충분한 전문성을
갖추거나 효율성을 갖기 어려운 전문화된 Back office 영역의 역량을 Shared service 형태로 제공하고 있습니다.

As part of our group’s core capabilities, X Alliance provides specialized back-office services in a shared service model.
These services are designed for affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and third-party partner firms—particularly those that may
lack sufficient scale or in-house expertise to manage these functions independently.

HR/IT 부문


정보기술 인프라를 바탕으로 인적자원(HR) 관리를 포함한 전사적 자원관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 ERP, MES, BI, RPA 등의 솔루션을 운영/관리하며 각 법인의 상황과 경영 철학에 맞는 내부관리 제도, 시스템 수립/운영을 지원합니다.

FIN 부문


국내외 법인에 대한 결산, 세무, 자금, 라이선스 관리 등 모든 자금/회계 업무를 지원하며, 특히 스타트업과 SME 기업에는 전문화 된 재경 조직 & 업무 세팅과 자문 서비스와 브랜드 등 자산매각, 인수합병, 투자 관련 실무와 컨설팅을 제공합니다.

LEGAL 부문


법인들의 법적 리스크를 최소화하고 관리하기 위한 비즈니스 전반의 계약서 작성 및 검토 등의 일반 법률 자문뿐 아니라 지적재산권 보호 및 관리 업무, 준법경영을 위한 각종 법규 준수 체계 수립 운영, 소송 및 분쟁 해결 등을 제공합니다.

We operate and manage enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, BI, and RPA, building a solid digital infrastructure to support integrated HR and organizational resource management. We tailor internal control systems to each company’s operational context and leadership philosophy, ensuring effective governance and operational efficiency.

Our Finance Division offers comprehensive support for accounting, taxation, treasury, and license management for both domestic and international entities. We also provide specialized financial consulting and organizational setup for startups and SMEs, including support for asset sales (such as brand divestitures), M&A execution, and investment transaction advisory.

Our Legal Division works to minimize legal risks across the group by offering contract drafting and review, IP protection and management, and the establishment of compliance and ethical governance systems. We also support litigation, dispute resolution, and other essential legal functions to ensure sound business operations.

Over the past 20 years, we have built a robust capital base and developed the X Alliance ecosystem to pursue shared growth through strategic principal investments.
As part of our asset management operations, we invest our own capital across a wide range of asset classes and stages—domestically and globally—without rigid constraints.

Our goal is to achieve absolute returns 3 to 4 times higher than Korea’s GDP growth rate through well-diversified investments.
